LANDE was built by experienced and knowledgeable professionals from the secured lending sector.
The LANDE team has been in the lending and real estate business for over ten years. An experienced in-house debt collection department and a strong sales team with financial experience comprise the team.
It all started in 2019, when a group of experienced professionals from the secured lending sector, led by company founder Nikita Goncars, noticed there was a gap in the crowdlending market because none of the existing market players offered low-LTV investment deals.
