This month at LANDE, we’ve taken two important steps: launching a redesigned lande.finance website and upgrading our account security with a new Two-Factor Authentication system. Both improvements aim to strengthen trust and confidence for everyone who interacts with our platform. 

The website redesign is the product of three lenses brought together: conversion‑focused structure, an external editorial review, and careful UX execution. 

Structure. We answered the most important question - “why invest with LANDE” - at the top of the page and shaped the rest of the flow around the other key questions investors usually ask, covering everything from safety to impact and platform support. 

Explaining returns. We clearly outline why our model can deliver an 11.2% annual return, explain that we secure each project with verified collateral, and highlight the stabilising role of EU support schemes.  

Clear answers. The updated FAQ addresses your questions directly – including details about platform regulation, what happens if a borrower defaults, other safeguards we have in place for our investors. 

With our redesign, we wanted to answer investors’ toughest questions first  how safe is my capital, how real are the returns  and to do it with transparency, authenticity, and inclusivity,” commented LANDE CEO Nikita Goncars. 

Inclusivity by design 

We are committed to building a platform that feels open and inclusive for all investors, which is why we consulted with independent reviewers to gain new perspectives, including Ophélie from Fric au féminin, who suggested ways to make the platform more welcoming to a wider community, including women, who are a key part of our investor base.  

Her case study highlighted that investors are focused on emotions and priorities, including safety and trust, rather than dry numbers. Ophélie also encouraged us to change the atmosphere of the site: warmer colours, more energy, and above all more faces, because investors want to connect with real people. By showing the human impact first, we move from a lesson in finance to proof of trust. 

The redesign process also benefited from the input of financial editor Philipp Gilg, who brought a sharp editorial perspective and practical advice on how to increase conversion rates by embedding trust into the design. As he explains: 

“The main focus was to increase conversion through testimonials and reviews, while also giving a transparent view of how LANDE can provide these high returns and how safe they are. I did customer research to find out what matters most to investors, and that shaped how we designed the flow. We made sure to address the biggest questions head-on: how LANDE is generating an 11.2% return per year, how secure the capital is, and by showing real people who are already investing and generating high and secure returns.” 

 

Tech upgrade: Two-Factor Authentication 

Alongside the front page redesign, we have also introduced a stronger and more reliable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system. The previous email-based method has now been removed, as it could occasionally cause delays or delivery issues. In its place, we have implemented an app-based system that significantly improves security while remaining easy to use. 

Investors who wish to use 2FA will need to set it up again in their profile settings. Enabling 2FA is optional, but strongly recommended by our technical team.  

These updates mark another step in LANDE’s growth. By combining clearer design, stronger security, and a commitment to inclusivity, we are making sure the platform continues to serve our growing investor community with transparency and trust.
