Description
This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 3 450 for a self-employed farmer to receive a loan to complete a project of solar panel implementation.
This project gives an opportunity to make a loan with an annual rate of 10%, LTV of 52%, and a loan term of 7 months. The Loan and the interest for the Loan use for all the period of its use are repaid by one payment on the last day of the Loan maturity term.
The borrower is engaged in crop farming and manages 8.69 ha of arable land. Financial results in 2022 were: revenue € 53 348; net profit 28 180.
This project is backed by a commercial pledge on the collateral: tiller Maschio Gasparado A180, serial number KGC780472 and seeder Mecanica Ceahlau SPC4 FS, serial number 1803253. The current market value of the pledged machinery is estimated to be € 6 600.
The borrower aims to repay the loan from incoming business revenues.
The borrower is a recipient of support payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
