Description
This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 8 600 for a farming company SIA ZS Dzintari to receive a loan for cattle purchase and fuel for the season.
This project gives an opportunity to make a loan with an annual rate of 10%, LTV of 27%, and a loan term of 24 months. The principle payments and the interest of the loan for all the period of its use are repaid according to the schedule.
The borrower is a cattle farming company and manages 80 ha of arable land. Financial results in 2022 were: revenue € 84 119; profit € 3 275.
In order to secure the repayment of the loan, the borrower has concluded an agreement of 38 livestock animals. The average cattle price in Latvia is € 850, making the total value of collateral € 32 300. First-hand commercial pledge on all borrower’s assets will be registered in the Latvian Enterprise Register.
The borrower aims to repay the loan from incoming business revenues.
The borrower is a recipient of support payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
