This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of €54 900 for farming company BUKI, Annenieku pagasta zemnieku saimniecība to receive loan for working capital.

The annual interest rate of 11%, LTV of 40%, loan term is 24 months. The Loan is repaid in several payments according to a schedule agreed with the Borrower. Interest payments on the use of the Loan shall be made monthly in accordance with the Schedule.

The borrower is engaged in grain farming, managing 124 ha of arable land. Financial results for 2023: annual turnover € 291 669.84.

To secure the repayment of the loan, the borrower is pledging farming machinery:

1.      Combined seeder: SKY EASY DRILL; model: 3020; VIN: 21NS0503.

2.      Semi-hanging dump trailer: Dinapolis; model: DP 12; VIN: Z39PD1024LK054027; registration Nr.: P184BB.

3.      Tractor trailer: Baastrup; model: Dumpervogn; VIN: 21600; registration nr.: P871LM.

4.      Fertilizer spreader: Bogballe; model: M35W-I; VIN: 419.

5.      Tractor: VALMET; model: 600; VIN: K34301; registration nr.: T206LF.

6.      Tractor: VALTRA; model: 6400; VIN: J11329;  registration nr.:T6145LB.

7.      Roller press: McHale; model: F550; VIN: 700080.

8.      Cultivating land roller: HE-VA; model: Rolls; VIN: 352750.

In order to secure the claims, arising out of loan agreements, a first-hand pledge in the amount of € 136 000 will be registered on the collateral in the Enterprise Register of Latvia.

Borrower aims to repay the loan from incoming business revenues.

The borrower is a recipient of support payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
