Description
This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 5 900 for a self-employed farmer Kristīne Pole, to receive a funds for purchasing potato harvester. Borrower is engaged in potato growing and selling for different markets.
This project gives an opportunity to make a loan with an annual rate of 10 %, LTV of 15%, a loan term of 5 months, with a monthly manner of interest payments.
To secure the repayment of the loan, the borrower is pledging a farming machinery – tractor Massey Ferguson 6475. The market value of the machinery is EUR 39 000, which is determined by an independent appraisal.
The borrower is a recipient of support payments from European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
