This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 14 500 for a self-employed farmer to receive a loan for working capital and to purchase inputs for the season.

This project gives an opportunity to make a loan with an annual rate of 10%, LTV of 41%, and a loan term of 5 months. The Loan and the interest for the Loan use for all the period of its use are repaid by one payment on the last day of the Loan maturity term.

The borrower is engaged in crop farming, manages 45 ha of arable land and grows wheat and rapeseed. Financial results in 2022 were: revenue € 79 660.

This project is backed by a commercial pledge on the collateral: tractor VALTRA T171H, registration no., T6177B, year of issuance 2012. The current market value of the pledged machinery is estimated to be € 35 000.

The borrower aims to repay the loan from incoming business revenues.

The borrower is a recipient of support payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
