This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 34 000 for Self-employed farmer to receive loan for working capital.

The annual interest rate of 10%, LTV of 47%, loan term is 21 months. The Loan is repaid in several payments according to the Schedule.

The borrower is engaged in crop farming growing buckwheat and mustard as well as managing 50 ha of agricultural land. The products grown shall be sold for seed. Financial results in 2023 were: annual turnover € 50 036, profit € 14 891.

The collateral consists of a land plot with a total area of 18,62 ha of agricultural land located in

In order to secure the claims, arising out of loan agreements, a first-hand mortgage in the amount of € 71 800 is registered on the collateral in the Land Register of Lithuania.
