This project gives LANDE investors an opportunity to provide funding in the amount of € 100 000 for a farming company NIKI FARMING SRL to receive funds for farm development.

The annual interest rate of 13%, LTV of 43%, and a loan term of 7 months. The Loan is repaid in several payments according to the Schedule.

The borrower is engaged in crop farming and managing 49 ha of agricultural land. Financial results in 2022 were: annual turnover € 36 000, profit € 1 721. 

The collateral consists of a land plot of 13.6 ha located within the urban area of Prelipca, 22 Decembrie Street, no. 116, Suceava County, consisting of land with an area of 800 square meters, registered in Land Registry 34122 Salcea, plus construction C1 consisting of a two-story residential house, with a ground floor area of 97 square meters, registered in Land Registry 34122-C1;  and area of Salcea, Suceava County, consisting of arable land with an area of 2,874 square meters, registered in Land Registry 34123 Salcea.

In order to secure the claims, arising out of loan agreements a first-hand mortgage will be registered on the collateral in the Land Register of Romania. Aside from the mortgage, the collateral is debt free. The price of agricultural land plots in the parish of the collateral is estimated at about € 7 600 per ha by Euro Stat, which makes the total value of the collateral in the amount of € 143 519. 

In addition, to secure the repayment of the loan, the borrower is pledging farming machinery Combine Claas Lexion 580, tip 586

Year: 2004, Series: 586 00210. The current market value of the pledged machinery is estimated to be € 91 000.

The borrower aims to repay the loan from incoming business revenue.

The borrower is a recipient of support payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
